Supperclub

So I've been lucky enough to have cooked for some wonderful people since i have been a chef. And more so since i have started my Palestine on a Plate Journey. I created a menu that i felt was diverse, and large enough to show some particular favourites of my country and hopefully ones that you will love too.

Loyd Grossman and I

Being a chef is a hard job and working hard means that you get a great reward after. This has definitely been the case for me. I met Loyd Grossman in my restaurant Baity Kitchen a few years ago. He was a regular there on the weekends. I loved that he loved my place. I also love him as a person and for all the work he has done and continues to do. His sauces are the best out there!

Dinner

Last night I really felt like I needed some home comforts. I have moved to a new place in Chiswick and wanted to feel at home.

Finally here

Palestine On A Plate has been a long overdue labour of love and from the insistence of my friend Steph, I wouldn't have done this. He pulled this all together and pushed me forward to bring our home cooking to the forefront.
