Zibdiyyit gambari

Sautéed marinated Prawns with belll peppers and onions cooked in olive oil. Sliced with dill, garlic, crushed chilli and served with Dagga on the side and rice.

Salata ghazawiyya (Gazan salad)

Crushed tomatoes, garlic and dried dill with peppers, chilli, lemon and olive oil

Rummaniyeh -

aubergine and lentil stew, cooked in a pomegranate and garlic sauce topped with pomegranate seeds and olive oil

Muttabal avocado -

avocado and yoghurt mutabbal with chilli and lemon topped with dill

Apple fennel salad

apple and fennel salad with a sweet vinegar dressing and topped with pomegranates

Sumaqiyya

Swiss chard stew with lamb neck pieces garlic, sumac, tahineh and chickpeas with green chilli

Makloubeh -

lamb and aubergine upside down rice with spices

Namoura -

sweet semolina cake with almonds and atter (sugar syrup
