In this intimate Supperclub at mine, there will be smaller groups of 20 eating sharing and mixing with each other over delicious Palestinian food. There will be two days of supperclubs. If this one is full please book for the next day.

Muttabal Kousa - Roasted courgettes dressed in a tangy tahineh sauce with a hint of garlic

Musakka’a -Aubergine and spicy tomato dip served cold with slow roasted sweetened garlic and onions

Kubbaeh and Shishbarak bil Laban - spiced meat dumplings with bulgur wheat meat stuffed patties cooked in yogurt sauce with a coriander and garlic oil served with vermicelli rice

Halawet il jibn Orange blossom and rose water sticky seed cheese wrapped over eshta with rose petals and pistachios
