In this intimate Supperclub at mine, there will be smaller groups of 18 eating sharing and mixing with each other over delicious Palestinian food. There will be two days of supperclubs. If this one is full please book for the other day.

Fasoulia bil zeit - green beans cooked in a tomato sauce with garlic and onions served cold with lashings of olive oil

Batata Harra - Spicy potato and sweet potatoes with coriander, lemon , garlic and chillies.

Teta Huda’s Mussaka’a - Fried aubergine stew cooked in a tomato chilli saice with sweet garlic slivers.

Saltet Arnabeet ma’ Tahineh wa bassal - Oven roasted Cauliflower salad with a thineh dressing with olive, tomatoes, onions and parsley

Main course -

Makloubeh - Seasoned with beautiful spices, a Lamb neck and fried aubergine rice pilaf, served with a cucumber yoghurt
